To all our Members and Customers of The Pro Shop at Kemnay Golf Club.
I am committed to the health and safety of all our customers and staff as well as our families at home and I believe it is critical that we do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
Whilst I had put in measures in place to protect customers coming into the Pro Shop by sterilising and cleaning the Pro Shop, it became clear that it is impossible to ensure that both our customers and staff are protected against the spread of this virus.
My moral compass has been all over the place for the last few days as I weighed up the risk of being open to provide a service to our members, generate income to be able to support my family against the need to reduce the risk of spreading this horrible virus and protecting our Members, my staff and my family. After a couple of sleepless nights, the decision has been made in the best interests of our health and safety.
I have taken the decision that the Pro Shop will CLOSE from 12pm today until further notice. I believe it is the correct decision as we follow the advice from the Government to stay at home.
Whilst the shop will be closed, I will be in the Pro Shop between 10am to 2pm (whilst I am able to do so) to accept deliveries and manage any customers orders. If you have any questions, then please contact me directly via email info@simonhansongolf.com
We may be closed but we can assure you that when we re-open, we will be more motivated and excited than ever to look after you all.
